Summary of MNS low voltage drawer type switchgear

This series of low pressure draw out switchgear is a modular cabinet assembled by factory standard (FBA).

This series of low voltage draw out switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical rolling, transportation energy, light industry and textile factories and mining enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and other places. It is used as power distribution, distribution and control of power distribution system of 50~60HZ, rated working voltage 660V and below.

The device conforms to the national professional standard of G B2751.1 low voltage switchgear and JB/T 9961 "low voltage pull-out switchgear" and is in line with IEC 349-1 international professional standard.

Normal environmental conditions

The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 C, not less than -5 C, and the average temperature inside 24h is not higher than +35 C.

Air condition: air is clean, relative humidity is not more than 50% at high temperature +40 degrees, and relatively high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, for example, 90% +20.

The altitude is no more than 2000m.

This device is suitable for transportation and storage of the following temperatures: between -25 and +55 C, which can reach +70 degrees within a short period of time (not exceeding 24h). Under these limiting temperature installations, it is not necessary to recover any damage which is not recoverable, and it should work normally under normal conditions.

If the above usage conditions can not be satisfied, users and manufacturers should negotiate to resolve them.

When the device is used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power stations, technical agreements should be signed separately.

Cabinet structure

The basic structure of switch cabinet is made up of C profile. The C profile is made of steel plate with E=25mm as the module mounting hole. All cabinets and inner partitions are galvanized and phosphating. The door panels and side panels are made of high voltage electrostatic spray. The basic structure of the cabinet is shown in Figure 1: the basic size of the cabinet is shown in figure 2., table 1 and table 2.

Switch cabinet type

1. power distribution cabinet (PC): Emax, MT, 3WN, AH, ME series circuit breakers can be used.

2. motor control center cabinet (MCC): assembled by large and small drawers, the main switch of each circuit uses a high breaking molded case circuit breaker or a rotary load switch with fuses. Power factor automatic compensation cabinet (with manual, automatic and telecontrol power factor compensation device)
