Description
SBW intelligent explosion-proof temperature transmitter is a new miniature temperature measuring instrument with excellent performance and high accuracy. The utility model has the advantages of small volume, light weight, convenient installation and installation, and can be directly installed in the junction boxes of the general industrial thermal resistors and thermocouples, and is integrated with the on-site sensing elements. This not only saves more expensive compensation wires and cables, but also reduces the distortion and interference of signal transmission, thus obtaining high precision measurement results.
The SBW intelligent explosion-proof temperature transmitter will convert the signal from thermal resistance, resistance sensor, thermocouple or voltage sensor to the standard signal in the future. Temperature transmitter adopts special integrated circuit digital technology to achieve good accuracy and signal consistency.Each transmitter is characterized by environmental temperature in the factory, thus ensuring that the transmitter has high accuracy and small drift within a wide operating temperature range. The temperature transmitter is easy to be installed in the field, which can be integrated with the temperature sensor module or away from the sensor installation. The rugged shell has a universal conductor connection, and the double chamber aluminum housing ensures the transmitter's use in hazardous locations.

2, the field is installed in the thermal resistance junction box to directly output the 4~20mA, which saves the cost of the more expensive compensation conductor and improves the anti-interference ability of the signal during long distance transmission.
