Environmental conditions and working principle of stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge

The capsule pressure gauge uses the capsule as the sensitive element to measure the micro pressure. It is widely used in boiler ventilation, gas pipeline, combustion device and other similar equipment.

The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is made of stainless steel according to the pressure guiding system and shell. It is applied to measure the micro pressure and negative pressure of various gas medium in the process with high corrosion resistance requirements.

The stainless steel diaphragm case pressure gauge is a micro pressure gauge with corrosion resistance, which is developed according to the structural characteristics of the original diaphragm case pressure gauge. It is applied to boiler ventilation, gas pipeline and other equipment to measure the micro pressure and negative pressure of various gas media in the process with high corrosion resistance requirements. Accuracy class: 2.5

Capsule pressure gauge is also called micro pressure gauge. It is suitable for measuring low micro pressure of liquid, gas or steam without explosion hazard, crystallization, solidification and corrosion to copper and copper alloy.

The instrument consists of measuring system (including joint, corrugated film box, etc.), transmission mechanism (including pull rod mechanism, gear transmission mechanism), indicating parts (including pointer and dial) and housing (including case, lining ring and glass). The working principle of the instrument is based on the corresponding elastic deformation of the free end of the bellows under the pressure of the measured medium, which is transmitted by the gear transmission mechanism and amplified, and the measured value is indicated on the dial one by one by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft. There is also a zero adjustment device, which is convenient to adjust the zero position.

The measurement range of bellows pressure gauge is - 80 ~ 60000pa, but different bellows pressure gauge shall be selected according to different pressure range. Disc bellows pressure gauge is recommended when the pressure is - 1000Pa ~ 60000pa, and rectangular bellows pressure gauge is recommended when the pressure is - 80pa.
