When the stainless steel lining fluorine gate valve is closed, the sealing surface can only be sealed by the medium pressure, that is, the sealing surface of the gate is pressed to the other side by the medium pressure to ensure the sealing surface, which is self sealing. Most of the gate valves are forcibly sealed, that is, when the valve is closed, we must rely on external force to force the gate to the valve seat to ensure the sealing performance of the sealing surface.
The gate of the stainless steel lined fluorine gate valve moves linearly along the stem. It is called the lift lever gate valve (also known as the gate valve). Usually there is a trapezoidal thread on the lifting lever, which turns the rotational motion into linear motion through the nut on the top of the valve and the guide slot on the valve body, that is, turning the operation torque into the operation thrust.
When the valve is opened, when the lift height of the gate is equal to 1:1 times of the valve diameter, the fluid passage is completely unblocked, but the position can not be monitored at the time of operation. The actual use is based on the vertex of the stem as a sign, that is, the location of the open position as its full open position. In order to consider the lock up phenomenon of temperature change, the 1/2 1 circle is usually returned to the top position as the position of the full open valve. Therefore, the full opening position of the valve is determined according to the location of the gate.
The characteristics of stainless steel lined fluorine gate valves are as follows:
1. valve body has two types of flat and round body: GB valve adopts round body, ANSI pound valve DN or less 300Lb adopts flat body, DN or more 400Lb uses round body, valve body, inner cover of valve cover, gate and outer surface of valve stem and other parts directly contacting with medium, all of which are lined with fluorine plastics such as FEP (F46);
2. the sealing pair is composed of FPF (F46) / FEP (F46) or other materials. The friction coefficient is small, and the opening and closing moment is low.
3. packing adopts PTFE (F4) standard packing, good sealing performance, convenient maintenance and replacement.
4. the resilient gate can compensate for the wedge angle deviation between the sealing surface of the gate and the sealing surface of the valve seat, with good agreement and ideal sealing effect.
The 5. medium can pass through the gate valve in any direction on both sides, and is suitable for the opening and closing device on the pipeline which may change in the direction of the medium.
