Summary of vortex flowmeter
Vortex flowmeter is a volume flowmeter which measures the volume flow of gas, steam or liquid, the volume flow or mass flow rate of standard condition according to the vortex street principle of Carmen (Karman). It can also be used as an automatic transmitter in the automatic control system.
The instrument adopts advanced differential technology, coupled with isolation, shielding, filtering and other measures, overcomes the problems of poor seismic performance and small signal data of similar products, and adopts unique sensor packaging technology and protective measures to ensure the reliability of products. The product has two basic and compound types, the basic type measuring single signal, and the compound type can measure temperature, pressure and flow simultaneously. Each type has an integrated and split structure to accommodate different installation environments.
Two. Characteristics and uses of vortex flowmeters
Characteristic:
N has no movable parts, long term stability, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance.
N adopts anti disturbance circuit and anti vibration sensing head, which has certain anti vibration performance.
N uses ultra low power consumption single chip microcomputer technology. The 1 section 3.2V10AH lithium battery can be used for more than 5 years.
N software is used to correct the nonlinearity of meter coefficients, so as to improve the measurement accuracy.
N has small pressure loss and wide range.
N uses EEPROM to protect the accumulated traffic from power failure for more than 10 years.

This instrument can be widely used in the measurement of water supply and drainage, industrial circulation, sewage treatment, oil and chemical reagents, compressed air, saturated and superheated steam, natural gas and various media flow.
