1. Product Overview

YN/YTN series stainless steel pressure gauge shell and measuring element material are made of stainless steel, applied to the corrosive medium of the measuring medium and the on-site environment; and the measures of filling damping oil and installing buffer device in the watch case have good seismic performance. It is suitable for occasions where the pressure of the measured medium has strong pulse change or pressure impact, and often occurs suddenly in the production process. The stainless steel shock resistant pressure gauge is mainly used for testing the pressure in closed system in industrial departments such as metallurgy, power, petrochemical industry, light industry machinery, etc.

Four. Model distinction

Y indicates pressure gauge; Z indicates damping or vacuum; B indicates explosion or standard; J represents precision or rectangle; A represents ammonia meter; X represents signal or electric contact; XC indicates magnetic auxiliary contact; P indicates diaphragm; E indicates diaphragm; F indicates corrosion; N indicates earthquake resistance; and "spring" means spring tube; "stainless steel". In addition, the types of pressure gauges commonly used are as follows: YTF denotes stainless steel pressure gauges; YA represents ammonia pressure gauges; YXC represents electric contact pressure gauges; YZ represents vacuum pressure gauges; YY represents acetylene pressure gauges; YO represents heat resistant pressure gauges; YH indicates hydrogen pressure gauges.

Five, specification distinction

The pressure gauge threads are divided into metric, British and American systems.

1. Metric system:

M20 * 1.5

The diameter of the "20" stands is 20mm;

The distance between "1.5" represents screw and screw teeth is 1.5mm.

"M" represents thread threads with a cusp angle of 60 degrees.

Under normal circumstances:

The size of the connecting thread of phi 40 is M10 * 1.

The connecting thread size of phi 60 is M14 * 1.5.

The connecting thread size of phi 100 and phi 150 is M20 * 1.5.

2, British system:

G1/2 "

"" stands for inches 1 "=25.4mm

"G" represents a non self sealing pipe thread with a cusp angle of 55 degrees.

The diameter of "1/2" for connecting pipes is generally G1/2.

Under normal circumstances, the use of this thread G1/4 "100" and "Phi 150", "60", "G1/8", "G3/4", "G3/8", "ZG1/2" (R1/2) and "ZG" (R) represent 55 non self sealing taper thread threads with cusp angles of 55 degrees.  

3, the US system:
1/2 "NPT" NPT "represents a self sealing spinal canal thread with a cusp angle of 60 degrees.
