1. The principle of product structure
YX-160-B explosion-proof electrical contact pressure gauge is composed of flameproof enclosure, measuring system, electrical contact group, regulating device and outlet box. The flameproof enclosure of the pressure gauge has good flameproof performance. Therefore, due to the influence of sparks or arcs in the normal working process, the explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge can not only withstand the explosive pressure generated by the explosive gas mixture inside the shell once the explosion occurs, but also effectively prevent the resultant heat energy from spreading smoothly, and can only be moved along the inside of the shell. The tiny gaps in the joint surface diffuse slowly outward. At this time, the instantaneous temperature passed to the outside of the shell has been reduced to below the ignition temperature of the explosive gas mixture, so it will not cause detonation.
The working principle of the explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge is based on the elastic deformation of the detecting element (the spring tube in the measuring system), which drives the contacts in the electrical contact group to generate corresponding actions (closed or disconnected) through mechanical transmission so as to enable the circuit in the voltage control system to be connected or disconnected, so as to realize the purpose of automatic control alarm and on-site instructions.

The environmental conditions are: -10 ~ 50 C, the relative humidity is not greater than 80%, and the explosive mixture should belong to group II B below T4. The working vibration and the sharp fluctuation of the tested medium have no influence on the reliable movement of the instrument contacts.
Temperature effect: the indication value is not greater than 0.4%/10 C, and the setting point is not greater than 0.6%/10 C (the temperature deviation is 20 + 5 C).
Insulation strength: 50Hz sine alternating current 2000V takes one minute.
