The explosion-proof thermal resistance is used as a sensor for measuring and controlling the temperature and matching with the display instrument, so as to directly measure and control the temperature of gas, liquid and steam in the production process. The explosion-proof performance of the special explosion-proof type thermal resistor and explosion proof thermocouple products manufactured by our company is designed and manufactured according to the standards of "explosive environmental explosion-proof electrical equipment" promulgated by the state. The thermoelectric characteristics conform to the international IEC standard and are qualified by the national instrument explosion proof safety supervision station. The structure and principle of the explosion-proof thermal resistor are basically the same as that of the assembly. The main difference is that the design of the flameproof product junction box (shell) is made of high strength aluminum alloy die-casting, and has enough internal space, wall thickness and mechanical strength. The thermal stability of the rubber sealing ring accords with the national explosion-proof standard. Therefore, when the explosive mixture gas exploded inside the junction box, the internal pressure will not destroy the junction box, and the heat generated therefrom can not diffuse outwards. It detonating. As long as the user strictly follows the rules of product use, the explosion-proof thermal resistance product can achieve a reliable explosion-proof effect.

Working principle:
The explosion-proof thermal resistor is designed by using the gap flameproof principle to design components with enough strength, such as junction boxes. All components that generate sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures are sealed in the junction box. When the cavity explode, the flame and temperature can not be transmitted outside the cavity through the joint gap clearance and cooling.
