First, product introduction:

      The special thermocouple of EB-NKWRN series incinerator is developed by our company. It is mainly used for measuring the temperature of the furnace and flue of the garbage generating incinerator. The outer casing is made of NCT301 or NCT601 special nickel chromium alloy. The temperature measuring element adopts special nickel chromium alloy armour even core. The product has the advantages of high precision, wide measuring range, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and stable performance. Suitable for all kinds of high temperature and strong corrosive atmospheres. The working temperature is 0~1200 degrees centigrade and the temperature can reach 1300 degrees Celsius.

(1) the measurement accuracy is I grade (+ 1.5 C or + 0.4% T).

Temperature range: 0~1300 C (range adjustment) according to sensor graduation number.

When ordering, specify the thermocouple number, the diameter of the armored element, the diameter of the outer tube, and the type of installation.

For example, K indexing, outer tube diameter 25, armour size 8, fixed flange DN20, total length 1000mm, inserted depth 850mm, and inserted into furnace chamber length 200mm
